For more than 20 years, father Hal F. Doig and son Robert Doig practiced together, representing primarily injured workers. On Hal's retirement in 2012, the Law Firm of Robert Doig, LLC was established with this same focus and purpose to provide close, painstaking attention on both the case's liability, which is the negligent conduct of the responsible contractor, construction manager, property owner, or manufacturer of a defective product, as well as on damages, including our clients' severe disabling injuries, pain, suffering, anguish, and future medical needs.
Robert Doig is a member of the following trial lawyer groups: The American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the Delaware County Trial Lawyers Association. He graduated from Dickinson Law School, which is now the Pennsylvania State University School of Law and Hamilton College. He has lectured on litigating wrongful death and survival actions before the Delaware County Bar Association. Before joining practice with Hal Doig, Robert Doig had been a prosecutor working as a Trial Attorney in the Fraud Section of the United States Department of Justice in Washington, DC, Deputy Attorney General with the Office of Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and Assistant District Attorney in Delaware County Pennsylvania.
